This proposal is for a Permanent change to the notified airspace design, and the change level is TBC.
In order to reduce fuel uplift and consequent fuel burn and CO2 emissions it proposed to truncate the DET 2R and DET 2D at Stansted Airport by 25nm at waypoint SSS18 which will be assigned a Five-letter Name Code in due course
and replace the existing portion of the SID between SSS18 and DET by extending existing ATS Route L6 north from DET to SSS18.
