There has been an unforeseen delay in acquiring and
verifying some elements of the data required for the PIR report.
NATS-LLA apologises for that delay.
The requirement for accurate reporting outweighs the need
to publish to a deadline; hence we now anticipate publication of the report
material late May or early June 2024.
Shortly after publication, the CAA will open a 28-day
feedback window, inviting stakeholders to submit their own observations
directly to the Regulator.
Further details on how to provide feedback will be supplied in due course.
