18 Oct 24 - The CAA has completed a review of the Stage 3 outputs and is satisfied that the change sponsor has met the requirements of the process up to this point. The CAA is content for the change sponsor to execute their engagement strategy

25 Jul 24 - The CAA has completed its review of the Habitats Regulation Assessment and the ACP can progress to stage 3.

16 Jan 24 - The Assessment Meeting was held on 16 January 2024. The CAA agrees that the issues identified in the Statement of Need are appropriate for consideration under the CAP 1616 ACP process, and it has been determined that it will follow a Pre-Scaled Level 3 airspace change process, as defined in CAP 1616h.
