Purpose of this change

This proposal is for a Temporary change to the notified airspace design, for which a scaled airspace change process applies and a change level is not applicable.

Skyports Limited (hereby known as Skyports), the airspace change sponsor, is seeking a volume of airspace for up to 10 weeks between April and June 2023 to conduct UAS BVLOS delivery operations in and around the Ipswich area of Suffolk in the East of England region. ERS Medical, providers of specialist transportation services for the healthcare sector, are looking to supplement their deliver network with an on demand rapid response system which, in addition will reduce environmental impact. The aim is to provide ERS Medical with an on-demand medical drone delivery network to assist with their evaluation of a commercial drone delivery services for medical supply chains.
