At the beginning of Stage 3 the change sponsor prepares a strategy and draft materials and submits them to the CAA, along with the full options appraisal.

13/12/2023 - The revised airspace change process (CAP 1616, Version 5) will be implemented on 02 January 2024. This ACP will remain a Level 1 and will need to follow the process requirements as set out in CAP 1616 Version 5.
