This proposal is for a Permanent change to the notified airspace design, and the change level is 1.

Redesign of Biggin Hill's departure and arrival routes and procedures as part of the airspace modernisation strategy under the FASI-South Programme.

Stage 3 : Consultation/Engagement Preparation

At the beginning of Stage 3 the change sponsor prepares a strategy and draft materials and submits them to the CAA, along with the full options appraisal.

CAA response to Stage 3

12/12/2023: The revised airspace change process (CAP 1616, Version 5) will be implemented on 02 January 2024. This ACP will remain a Level 1 and will need to follow the process requirements as set out in CAP 1616 Version 5.
