Purpose of this change

This proposal is for a Permanent change to the notified airspace design, and the change level is 1.

Airspace change as a result of the VOR Rationalisation program, the GAM VOR is being removed with many of the LBA procedures reliant on this navaid. In addition, LBA will align the ACP with the Airspace Modernisation Strategy.
